The Wine Club at Templeogue Tennis Club was formed in 2010. ​

 

Wine club agenda:  The aim of the Templeogue Wine Club is to provide a forum for people to share their love of wine, through wine tasting events.  We don't take ourselves too seriously!

What should I expect?  Most events are hosted wine tastings, held in the club's function room, 8-10pm. The fee includes a light supper. You can expect an opportunity to taste above average quality wines (served as tasting measures rather than full glasses) and learn a little about wine.

Do I need to be a member to come to an event?  No. Templeogue Wine Club welcomes all adult members of Templeogue Tennis Club and their guests. 

Wine club membership is currently free to all (adult) tennis club members.  Being a member of the wine club means that you will be given advance notice of events, most of which have limited places.  

 

​Do I need to book?  The wine club is run by volunteers. To facilitate smooth running, all places must be pre-booked through the tennis club's Smart club facility.    

 

Do I need to buy wine? The wine club does not have a commercial agenda.  However, occasionally we have an opportunity to buy at reduced prices and we will flag this in advance.  There is never any pressure to buy wine.
